Meat Pancakes - Mountain Climber
Materials 1/2 cup Flour 1/4 cup Water 150 g Ground pork or beef 1/4 cup Chopped onion 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon Sugar 1/4 teaspoon Soy sauce 1 Steamed broccoli 1 Sliced carrots (steamed if preferred) Video Process Red means kids can do these steps. Let the dough sit in a covered container for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Combine meat, onion, salt, sugar, soy sauce. Mix. Put plastic wraps on the working surface to reduce the messiness. Spread flour on the plastic wrap so that the dough does not stick. Take the dough out carefully - it is sticky. Cut the dough into two, and roll into two balls. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into a sheet in the shape of a square or a circle. If the dough gets sticky, just spread flour. Adults may help.
