Meat Pancakes - Mountain Climber

Materials 1/2 cup Flour 1/4 cup Water 150 g Ground pork or beef 1/4 cup Chopped onion 1/4 teaspoon  Salt 1/4 teaspoon Sugar 1/4 teaspoon Soy sauce 1 Steamed broccoli 1 Sliced carrots (steamed if preferred) Video Process  Red means kids can do these steps. Mix flour with water, knead till the dough becomes one ball and there is no loose flour, [wash hands] . Adults may need a final check. Let the dough sit in a covered container for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Combine meat, onion, salt, sugar, soy sauce. Mix. Put plastic wraps on the working surface to reduce the messiness. Spread flour on the plastic wrap so that the dough does not stick. Take the dough out carefully - it is sticky. Cut the dough into two, and roll into two balls. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into a sheet in the shape of a square or a circle. If the dough gets sticky, just spread flour. Adults may help. Fried rice - Owl

Materials 2 Eggs 1/2 cup Cooked rice 1/8 teaspoon (a pinch) Salt 1 tablespoon Olive oil or vegetable oil 1 Banana 1 Cucumber 1 Sliced carrots 2 Raisins 1 Broccoli crown 2 Circular cookie cutters Video Process  Red means kids can do these steps. Cut broccoli into florets, put in 1 inch water, boil for 5 minutes, take out broccoli and put aside. Crack the eggs into a bowl, [wash hands], beat the eggs Add salt, [wash hands], mix Put oil in nonstick frying pan, medium high flame Pour in egg mix, stir fry Put in rice when eggs start to set, mix  Put fried rice in a bowl  Peel cucumber and cut out one long slice [Optional] Boil carrots in water for 10 minutes Cut carrot slices into different shapes for decorating. Crack the egg into a bowl, [wash hands], beat the egg Add salt, [wash hands], mix Put oil in nonstick frying pan, medium flame Pour in egg mix, stir fry Put in rice when eggs start to set, mix  Put fried rice in a small bowl or a measuring cup [Optional] Peel cucumber [Optional] Boil carrot slices for 6 minutes Remove cucumber seeds, shape carrot slices Flip the bowl of rice onto a plate Place orange slices around the rice Use a toothpick to assemble carrot and cucumber slices into flowers, place on plate end
